In building confidence, many overlook the importance of eating a healthy, clean diet. The way you eat really can boost your confidence level, or it could be slowing your growth down  a lot. Diet has a lot more impact on your confidence and growth than you might think.

How bad do you want to boost your confidence level, grow as a person, succeed in your goals, and make your #dreamlife a reality?

If you eat like crap, eat lots of sugars, poor fats, empty carbs and calories, “food” with lots of chemicals in it, etc…you’re not setting yourself up for success or boosting your confidence level in the short-term or long-term.

How you eat can affect your short-term energy, mood, and self-esteem…but it can also have a dramatic effect on how fast you grow and your confidence in the long-term.

It’s not the easiest thing in the world because so much of our food these days does have a lot of unhealthy crap in it and unnecessary levels of (sugar, salt, fat, the list goes on), but lots of people do eat healthy – don’t play the victim. It can be done, your life is your responsibility, and treating your body well is critically important if you really want to succeed and boost your confidence level going through your days, weeks, months, and years.

In addition to direct, obvious health problems – ie intestinal and gut issues, obesity, heartburn, high blood pressure, and diabetes just to name a tiny few – a poor diet can make you feel lethargic, tired, lazy, depressed, affect your sleep…you just won’t be as sharp or feeling your best. And that obviously doesn’t lend itself to building your confidence or success.

You’ll be surprised how much eating a clean and healthy diet will boost your confidence level, make you feel sharp and powerful, and just help your whole life run smoother and more efficiently.

It’s hard to build a great house (your life) on a shaky foundation (your body and what you put in it) – So if you want to build your confidence and live your dream life…How bad do you really want it?

Where are you at-what diets have or haven’t worked for you? How has it affected how you feel and function? If you have a poor diet and haven’t worked on changing it yet, what’s your plan or what’s holding you back from taking action?
