Releasing and letting go of emotions is usually looked at in terms of releasing negative emotions, but there’s actually a good reason to let go of or release good emotions, too.

That’s what a viewer who’s also a client of ours asked me about: If you build up good feelings and emotions (ie: Courage, Acceptance, and Peace, or CAP), should you release those, too? As I explain in the video, the answer is yes, because anything you hold on to too tightly implies a lack mentality, fear, and attachments…and when you have strong attachments to things and fear around them, you’re going to push them away.

By releasing the positive emotions too, you break your attachment to them, so the feelings will actually get stronger in the future.
