The steps to Build Powerful Confidence (in a nutshell)
Step 1

The first step to building a powerful sense of confidence is incrementally stepping into more tension. Manageable amounts of tension that do stretch you outside of your comfort zone but also doesn’t overwhelm you. Baby steps just outside of your edge, increased and practiced consistently over time is the key.

Step 2
Speaking of consistency, it’s one of the most important elements of growth and success in any and every area. Prioritize small practices that you can definitely be consistent with over going for broke. Use the power of 1% improvements and compounding interest.

Step 3
The third step to building a powerful sense of confidence is journaling. As they say in fitness (but is also crucial in successful businesses and most of life), what gets tracked gets improved.

On a daily basis, jounal:
1- Five areas of within whatever your current focus is (be it confidence with women, a more successful business, or whatever) that you’re avoiding tension. Journal the tension level from 0-10. Zero is no tension, and 10 is way too much. So what can you do that’s a 5-6 for you? Work on those things and build up to higher levels of tension. Notice and journal about how the tension level of things change for you.

2-Journal what you learned from any action you take. Not what you did wrong, but what you learned.

3-Journal your gains.

Do this three times per day. And remember, even if you have one focus, you should be applying stepping into higher levels of tension throughout your life to be a well-rounded man and also have different areas of growth feed off each other.
