In this video, I teach about opening your heart so that you heal it from any trauma from the past.

This work – body and emotional awareness, and letting go/releasing/allowing is a core part of Becoming FEARLESS is all about. It’s about slowing down your analytical mind and getting more in touch and honest – with yourself and others – with your emotions and your body, the present moment, and the feelings and emotions of other people as well.

As you get more aware of your body, emotions, the present moment, and as you grow your ability to allow and then let emotions go – for real, not from a place of forcing or convincing yourself you’ve let go of things that you really haven’t – you can move forward much faster throughout your life and find an increased sense of confidence, freedom, happiness, and success.
